St Chad’s special USPG Lent Appeal 2024: Please collect a USPG envelope from St Chad’s vestibule; perhaps you can put some money in every time you manage to keep your fast, (or break it, whatever you have decided!) You can then hand your envelope in on Easter day or by 14th April. This supports the Anglican Church of Brazil’s project for HIV aids victims with healthcare & education about Aids/HIV ; combatting the stigma that goes with this. “ It is not just the disease that kills but also the social isolation and stigma that also kills” says the Revd. Magela from Brazil. See the posters around or the USPG website, Lent Appeal 2024. As Jesus healed the lepers who do we Christians stigmatise today?

The Friends of St Chad’s – 100 Club – 2024/2025. The Friends of St Chad’s are appealing for your support – and generosity – by joining The Friends of St Chad’s 100 Club, for only £12 per year.
